Two Horicon Police Officers Promoted to Sergeant CLARICE CASE JOURNALIST On Tuesday, Aug. 22, two City of Horicon police officers were promoted to sergeant and sworn in during the Common Council meeting. Sgt. Randy McDaniel and Sgt. Riley Vogel were announced as receiving the promotions. Chief Amy Yahnke had been searching for a new lieutenant, but received few applicants. Wanting
