Horicon Man Charged in Crash that Killed Mother, Son and Unborn Baby Steven Bruskiewicz, Jr., 31, of Horicon has been charged with two counts of homicide by negligent use of a motor vehicle, one count of homicide by negligent use of a motor vehicle of an unborn child and reckless driving causing great bodily harm following an initial appearance held in Dodge County courts last week Thursday.
