Ronald E. Coulter

Ronald E. Coulter, 87, of Theresa passed away on Monday, Feb. 21, 2022, at his home.
Ronald was born the son of Ervin and Geraldine (Byrne) Coulter on May 23, 1934, in Milwaukee.
He was united in marriage to Janet Giese on August 6, 1955, in Theresa.
Ronald was a lifelong truck driver and owned and operated Coulter Trucking for over 26 years. He also won several ‘1-million-mile accident free awards’.
In his spare time, Ronald enjoyed playing sheepshead with his family and watching sports, especially the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and racing. He took great pride in his lawn and always had it looking just right!
Ronald is survived by his children, Ed (Diane) Coulter of Horicon, Dennis ‘Gibby’ (Laurie) Coulter of Lomira, Gary (Chris) Coulter of LeRoy, Steve (Lisa) Coulter of Stockbridge, Sandy (Mark) Herman of Lomira, and Sharee (Jim ‘Fritzy’) Fritz of Brownsville; his 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; his brothers, Wayne (Patricia), Mike (Ellen), and Robert (Ginger); his sister, Teresa Vorpahl, and sister-in-law, Ilsa Coulter; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Janet; his siblings, Allen, Ervin Jr., Barbara, Patricia, Mary, and James and Susan in infancy.
A memorial service for Ronald will be held on Saturday, March 5, at 3 p.m. at the Koepsell Funeral Home in Mayville with the Rev. Dr. Mark G. Cutler officiating. Visitation will be held from 12 noon until the time of the service at 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place at Union Cemetery at a later date.
