MITCHELL BRADLEY KELLER It has just been a little more than two weeks since Horicon Police Department (HPD) Officer Greyson Stocks became the school recourse officer for the School District of Horicon and St. Stephen Lutheran School, but he has already made a strong impression among students and faculty.
