Dodge County Public Health Moves Reopening To Phase One

KAREN ROUSE Dodge County has returned to Phase I of its Safe Restart reopening plan – restricting indoor social gatherings to 10 people, limiting capacity in 'non-essential' businesses, bars, restaurants and organizations to 25% and urging people to allow physical distancing of 6 feet between all people at outdoor events.
