Neal Edward Pasbrig, age 68, of Coloma, formerly of Hustisford, passed away Tuesday morning, Dec. 10, 2019, at his home.
He was born September 3, 1951, in Hustisford, the son of Ralph and Helen (Plato) Pasbrig.
He married Diane C. Umland on September 9, 1972, at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church in Horicon.
Neal was a 1970 graduate of Dodgeland High School in Juneau.
He was employed as a mechanic at Pilsner Motors in Juneau for four years then worked 44 years at LKQ, formerly known as Hustisford Auto Company.
Following retirement, he and his wife moved to their family cabin in 2015.
He was a hardworking man who loved his family and attending a good tractor pull. Neal will be remembered for his early morning coffee at Joan’s Country Cookin in Hustisford and having an afternoon beverage with his buddies and solving the world’s issues. He also enjoyed hunting, ice fishing, NASCAR, and splitting wood for his cabin of 38 years.
He is survived by his wife, Diane C. Pasbrig of Coloma; one son, Robert (fiancée Stacey) Pasbrig of Theresa; one daughter, Jenny (special friend, Tim) Pasbrig of Princeton; two grandsons, Garrett and Tucker Pasbrig; two brothers, Wayne (Lois) Pasbrig of Mayville, Glen (Collette) Pasbrig of Fond du Lac; one sister, Lynne (Jeff) Reihbandt, Waupun. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.
Neal was preceded in death by his parents; and by his mother-in-law and father-in-law.
Visitation will be held at Leikness Funeral Home in Wautoma on Saturday, Dec. 21, from 12 noon until the time of services.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 21, at 1 p.m. at Leikness Funeral Home, 358 S. Oxford St., Wautoma. wautomafuneralhome.com
