Wastewater Treatment Plant Decision Looming ZACH COOK With the deadline to apply for grants closing in, the Lomira Village Board has a major decision looming in regards to upgrades at the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). Over the last year, the board has met several times, and held two public hearings, regarding how much of the proposed $5.2 million in upgrades it would like to do.
