Horicon Police Department Blotter: April 9-19

The following is a selection of criminal arrests, referrals and traffic infractions handled by the Horicon Police Department. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
April 9, 2026 — 3:58 p.m. | Trespass
A 66-year-old Horicon woman was apprehended for criminal trespass to a dwelling after entering a neighbor’s residence without permission. She was also charged with a probation violation.
April 9, 2026 — 9:22 a.m. | Traffic Stop
A 57-year-old West Bend man was cited for driving 19 mph over the posted speed limit on West Lake St.

April 10, 2026 — 4:45 p.m. | Impaired Driver
A 55-year-old Horicon man was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while impaired, marking his fourth offense.
April 10, 2026 — 6:38 a.m. | Fight
Three Horicon juveniles will face charges referred to juvenile intake for battery and disorderly conduct.
April 11, 2026 — 4:58 a.m. | Impaired Driver
A 19-year-old Horicon woman was taken into custody for operating a motor vehicle while impaired, her first offense.
April 13, 2026 — 7:35 a.m. | Traffic Stop
A 35-year-old Horicon woman will face charges for operating a vehicle while revoked due to an operating while impaired offense and failure to install an ignition interlock device. She was also cited for driving 17 mph over the posted speed limit on East Lake St.
April 14, 2026 — 4:15 p.m. | Traffic Stop
A 41-year-old Illinois man was cited for driving 20 mph over the posted speed limit on West Lake St.
April 14, 2026 — 11:30 p.m. | Impaired Driver / Drugs
A 32-year-old Massachusetts woman was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while impaired, her first offense. She was further cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
April 15, 2026 — 11:16 a.m. | Traffic Stop / Drugs
A 19-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of marijuana.
April 15, 2026 — 4:26 p.m. | Disorderly Conduct
A 23-year-old Horicon woman will face charges for disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer, resulting in a soft tissue injury.
April 16, 2026 — 9:51 a.m. | Traffic Stop
A 25-year-old Hustisford man was cited for driving 16 mph over the posted speed limit on Washington St and for violating license restrictions.
April 18, 2026 — 1:56 p.m. | Traffic Stop
A 61-year-old Saukville man was cited for driving 16 mph over the posted speed limit on West Lake St.
April 18, 2026 — 8:53 p.m. | Traffic Stop
A 50-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for driving 17 mph over the posted speed limit on West Lake St.
April 19, 2026 — 6:32 p.m. | Probation Violation
A 28-year-old Mayville man was apprehended for a probation violation.
April 19, 2026 — 9:20 p.m. | Traffic Stop / Warrant
A 37-year-old Belgium man was taken into custody for two outstanding warrants and misdemeanor bail jumping. He was also cited for operating a vehicle without a driver’s license.
