KAREN ROUSE The 2020 spring election and presidental preference vote was held on Tuesday, April 7, as originally scheduled. Early afternoon on Monday, April 6, Gov. Tony Evers issued an executive order suspending in-person voting from April 7 to June 9. “But as municipalities are consolidating polling locations, and absent
