(Schellin) Dehler, 79, of Mayville passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at Clearview Nursing Home in Juneau. Carolyn was born the daughter of Alfred and Martha (Schwake) Schellin on August 9, 1940, in Evanston, IL. She was a graduate of Mayville High School. Carolyn was united in marriage to Peter Dehler on May 31, 1970, at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church in town of Theresa. She worked in the Dodge County 4-H Extension Office and also farmed with her husband in rural Mayville. Carolyn was an active member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church and served on the Ladies Aid and quilters group. She was a lifelong leader and volunteer in Dodge County 4-H. She was also involved in the Dodge County Homemakers and quilters group. Carolyn was also active in the Dodge County Antique Power Club with her husband In her spare time, Carolyn enjoyed gardening, canning, tending to her flowers, and sewing. She also loved to travel to antique shows. Carolyn is survived by her husband of 49 years, Peter of Mayville; her children, George (Schelagh) Dehler of Mayville, Patricia (David) Callies of Iron Ridge, and Jerome (Holly) Dehler of Randolph; her grandchildren, Ashley, Chloe (Bronson), Erynne Dehler and Michael and Kimberley Callies; her siblings, Barb (Lee) Kornely of Beaver Dam, Diane (Ken) Kanzenbach of Horicon, Melvin (Brenda) Schellin of Theresa, and Jean (Dennis) Buss of Waterloo. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Donald. Visitation will be held on Saturday, Nov. 30, from 10 a.m. until noon at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church in Town of Theresa. A funeral service for Carolyn will be held on Saturday, Nov. 30, at 12 p.m. at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church in Town of Theresa with the Rev. Douglas Zahner officiating. Visitation:  Tuesday, Nov. 26, from 9 to 11 a.m.  Service: Tuesday, Nov. 26, at 11 a.m.  Location:  Pella Lutheran Church in Waupun Sandra Jean Panzer, 82, of Brownsville, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. Sandy was born on June 17, 1937, a daughter of Harold and Norma (Graves) Schulz. She was baptized, confirmed and united in marriage at Pella Lutheran Church in Waupun. She married Duane Panzer on April 25, 1970. Sandy graduated from Waupun High School in 1956. Throughout Sandy’s working years, she was employed by Ideal Shoe Factory, Huth-James Factory both of Waupun and Chrysler Outboard Corporation in Hartford. Sandy loved to cook and bake, but most of all she was a loving mother and will be deeply missed. Sandy is survived by her son, Ron (Lynette) Panzer, Waupun; two daughters, Jean (Chuck) Lund, Oakfield and Page (Duane) Fryar, Merrill; three grandchildren, Jenna Panzer, Samantha and Spencer (Jennifer) Fryar; one great granddaughter, Madison Fryar; sister, Judi Gassner-Feucht, Mayville; sister-in-law, Sandra Panzer, Oakfield; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Duane in 2011; brothers-in-law, Raymond Panzer, Francis Gassner and John Feucht. Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 26, at Pella Lutheran Church, 315 South Madison Street, Waupun. She was born in Stratford on March 23, 1931, to parents Anton and Theresa (Baur) Schoenfuss. Rosemary was united in marriage on June 14, 1950, to Hubert Merkes. Rosemary enjoyed playing cards and board games, tending to her garden, bird watching and attending the grandchildren’s events. Rosemary is survived by six children, Debra Merkes, Perry (Roxie), Jeff (Diane), Tina (Gene) Conley, Dave (Roxie G.) and Randy (Kelly); eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one sister, Bea Merkes; two brothers, Ted Schoenfuss and Leonard (Eleanor) Schoenfuss; also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, sisters, brothers and sisters-in-law. Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, Dec. 2, from 10 a.m. until time of Mass at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in Neosho. Private Graveside Service Terry L. Powers, 71, of Mayville, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019, at Cedarburg Health Services in Cedarburg. He was born August 23, 1948 in Fond du Lac to the late James D. and Marina B. (Hoerth) Powers. He served in the Army from 1968 to 1971 during the Vietnam War and served his last year in Vietnam and then went on to serve in the Navy from 1974 to 1975. For much of his life, he lived with Marina in Mayville. He lived with a diagnosed mental illness and could often be seen walking the streets of Mayville smoking a cigar. The family would like to thank the people of Mayville for watching out for him and providing a safe place for him to live out his life. Surviving him are a sister, Sherry M. (Powers) Hooper and spouse Terence of Ampthill, England and a brother Gary J. Powers and spouse, Janet Kreilein of Shorewood. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews. Lutheran Church in Theresa Eunice Anna Lucille Beck, 94, of Theresa passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2019 at her home with her family by her side. Eunice was born the daughter of William and Emma (Hendel) Wendorff on August 14, 1925, in the town of Rubicon. She was united in marriage to Rueben Beck on July 3, 1948, at Immanuel Lutheran Church (River Church) in the Township of Theresa. Eunice had worked as a switchboard operator in Hartford and Theresa. She then went on to become the bookkeeper for Beck Motor Sales in Theresa. Eunice was an active member of St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church in Theresa, where she served as a former member of the Ladies Altar Guild. Eunice loved quilting, crocheting, needlepoint, and rug making. She also loved tending to her flower and vegetable gardens. Her family were the lucky recipients of her great cooking. She enjoyed camping with her family. In later years, Eunice like sitting on her deck and appreciating the scenery. Her most important role in life was that of a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Eunice is survived by her children, Nancy Beck of Seattle, WA, Randy (Patsy) Beck of Oshkosh, and Karen Beck of Theresa; her cherished granddaughter, Stephany Beck; her sisters, Pearl Bintzler and Jeanette Schellpfeffer; her sister-in-law, Viriginia Wendorff; brother-in-law, Gerald Beck. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Rueben; sisters, Marcella (Adolph) Hildebrant and Irene Wendorf; brothers, Clarence Wendorff, Earl (Lucille) Wendorff, Eugene Wendorff, Glenn Wendorff; brothers-in-law, Reuben Bintzler and Jerry Schellpfeffer, and her sister-in-law. Service:  Friday, Nov. 22, at 2 p.m.  Location:  St. Francis Home Chapel in Fond du Lac Betty Lou (Overall) Taylor, 80, passed away peacefully November 19, 2019, at St Francis Home in Fond du Lac. She was born on January 1, 1939 in Pampa, TX. On January 21, 1960, Betty married Kenneth D. Taylor at First Assembly of God in Pampa, TX. She was an Army spouse, traveling the World for over 20 years. She also enjoyed teaching piano up until last year. She will be missed by everyone whose lives she has touched. She was a kind and grateful woman of God. Betty is survived by a daughter, Kimberly (James) Cinnamon of Wisconsin; granddaughters, Cassandra (Emmanuel) House of Washington and Bethany Cinnamon of Wisconsin; and grandson, Eric Cinnamon of Wisconsin; great-grandchildren, Layla, Ryder and Mason House of Washington; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elting Overall and Blanche (Tedford) Overall; husband, Kenneth in 2012; son, Scott in 1989; and her brother, Robert Overall. Memorial Gathering:  Sunday, Dec. 1, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Location:  Lakeside Grill in Fond du Lac Christine Ione Wilken (nee Budreau), 67, of Juneau went to be with God on November 16, 2019, at the Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac after a short battle with cancer. She was born on April 28, 1952, the daughter of Jack D. and Gloria J. (nee Radue) Budreau. Christine worked for over 29 years as a CNA doing homecare. She enjoyed the outdoors, camping and fishing and spending time in northwoods of Wisconsin. She was very artistic doing crafts and painting and she had a great love of all animals, but most important to her was her family and the memories they made together. Survivors include her daughter, Stephanie (Arik) Kohman of Beaver Dam; grandson, Marshall Kohman, granddaughter, Brittany (Alexander) Sloush of Virginia; great-grandsons, Isaac and Theo; sister, Kay Budreau of North Fond du Lac; brothers, Michael Budreau of Rhinelander, Brian Budreau of Fond du Lac, and Jeff Budreau of Oshkosh; eight nieces and nephews,Trisha (Jeff) Steffen of Medford, Jamie (Brooke) Bowen of Fond du La, Trina (Dan) Lehner of Beaver Dam, Jenny Bowen and (Colton Kennedy) of Franksville, Megan (Patrick) Olson of Medford, Josh Christian-Budreau of Milwaukee, Brandon Budreau of Fond du lac and Lucas Budreau of Appleton; and 14 great-nieces and nephews. Strook, 80, of Eagle River, formerly from Mayville, passed away peacefully on Monday, Nov. 18, 2019, at Rennes Health and Rehab Center in Rhinelander. Jim was born the son of Merlin, Sr. and Viola (Baerenwald) Strook on February 10, 1939, in Mayville. Jim was a 1957 graduate of Mayville High School. He was united in marriage to Rosemary Strehmel on June 20, 1959, at Pella Lutheran Church in Waupun. Jim worked at Maysteel, Mayville Metal and retired from Mayville Engineering. He was a past member of the Mayville Fire Department, Horicon Marsh Bowmen and the Mayville Gun Club. He was active member in Ducks Unlimited. He enjoyed trap shooting with his wife and family for many years. He was a Class A Registered Trap Shooter. Jim was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. After retirement, he and Rosie relocated to their lake property in Eagle River, where they appreciated the beauty and bounty of the northwoods. Jim enjoyed sharing his love of the outdoors with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Over the years, his dogs were a big part of his life including Brownie, Schnappsie, Bud and Ted He was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Eagle River, WI. Jim is survived by his wife of 60 years, Rosie of Eagle River; his sons, Scott (Cheri) Strook of Fond du Lac, Todd (Lisa) Strook of Mayville, and his daughter, Brenda (Ronnie) Panzer of West Bend; his five grandchildren, Jason (Brie) Strook, Tyler (Gabby) Strook, Miranda (Dustin) Beck, Aleana (Ryan) Rodig and Cody (Sara) Strook; eleven great-grandchildren, Zoe and Sully Strook, Warren Strook, Collin, Logan and Delaney Beck; Brody, Audrey and Elowen Rodig; Nicholas and Sophia Strook. He is further survived by three sisters-in-law, Carolyn Strook, Yvonne (Jim Payne) Larson, Charmaine (Tom) Loomans and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Merlin Strook Jr. and nephew, Michael Strook. After a courageous battle with cancer, Lisa R. Thompson, 52, was taken to her heavenly home on November 17, 2019. She was born July 27, 1967 in Taylor County, the daughter of Gary and Randalyn (Nagel) Thompson. She was a graduate of Abbotsford High School and was most recently employed at Mercury Marine. As a child, Lisa loved the farm life and was active in FFA. She was a gifted athlete and received numerous awards throughout her academic and adult years including induction in the Fond du Lac Softball Hall of Fame in 2009. Lisa had an infectious smile and brought laughter to any event with her love of life. She enjoyed all things outdoors and was most happy working on the home and yard. She enjoyed camping, hiking, softball, golf, and attending all types of Wisconsin sporting events. She is survived by her wife, Bonnie Baerwald of Fond du Lac; her parents, Gary and Randalyn Thompson of Spencer; two brothers, Greg (Gigi) Thompson of Las Vegas, NV, and Darin Thompson of Spencer; one sister, Monica (Gaylord) Mancl of Janesville; niece and nephew, Jessica and Mathew Mancl, respectively; brother-in-law, Mike (Deb) Baerwald and extended family; sister-in-law, Michele (Ryan) Schabel and nephews, Daniel and Travis Schabel; as well as many other loved family and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Marvin and Mildred Thompson and Fred and Helen Nagel. The visitation will be held Thursday, Nov. 21, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and again on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Pat was born the son of Leonard and Marie (Krapfl) Schraufnagel on October 1, 1951, in Waupun. Pat was a graduate of 1970 Mayville High School. He was united in marriage to Carol Heimerl on September 1, 1973, at St. John’s Catholic Church in Rubicon. Pat retired from Mayville Engineering Company after 30-plus years of employment. He was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church in Rubicon. In his spare time, Pat enjoyed golfing, hunting, skiing, and traveling with his family. He also like playing cards and spending time with his brothers and nephews ‘working on cars’. Pat also loved decorating the house for Christmas, much to the dismay of his son. Pat is survived by his wife, Carol of Iron Ridge; his son, Adam Schraufnagel of Iron Ridge; his mother, Marie Schraufnagel of LeRoy; his siblings, Mike (Betty) Schraufnagel of Hillsbough, NJ, Jane (Bernie) O’Connor of Chicago, IL, John (Linda) Schraufnagel of Campbellsport, Jenny (Ronald) Youngbeck of Brownsville, Dale (Jackie) Schraufnagel of Ripon, Warren (Cheryl) Schraufnagel of Lomira; his sister-in-law, Allen (Sue) Van Dyke of Hustisford. He is further survived by 21 nieces and nephews, and 25 great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard; mother and father-in-law, Carl (Evona) Heimerl and his step-mother-in-law, Dolores Heimerl.
