Randy Beck, 65, of Oshkosh, passed away suddenly at home on Thursday, Nov. 11, 2021.Randy was born on May 18, 1956, to Rueben and Eunice (Wendorff) Beck in Fond du Lac. After graduating from Lomira High School in 1974, he went on to be an extremely faithful employee of 40+ years at Fives - Giddings & Lewis, Inc. in Fond du Lac.On June 15, 1996, he married Patsy (Tichonchik) Beck at Elo Methodist Church. They were overjoyed by the birth of their only child, Stephany Beck, on August 27, 1999. Over the summer, the family celebrated Stephany’s college graduation, Randy's 65 birthday, and 25 years of marriage.Randy, a quiet man by nature, was determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. He was a longtime member of the Utica Volunteer Fire Department, and member of Calvary Lutheran Church. He was often found tending to his lawn - fighting dandelions, riding the lawn mower, and harvesting leaves and hickory nuts. Additionally, Randy enjoyed watching MeTV and cheering on Wisconsin sports - especially the Green Bay Packers with Stephany. He loved sitting outside at the cottage spending time with Patsy and family.Randy was also an avid Wisconsin foodie - a lover of cheese, hotdogs, ice cream, apples, and Blatz beer. He enjoyed monitoring the stock market, keeping up with politics, driving the Ram, family vacations, and Friday night fish frys.Anyone who knew Randy knew that he was the most loving father and husband. He was extremely proud of his daughter.Randy is lovingly survived by his wife, Patsy Beck; daughter, Stephany Beck; sisters, Nancy and Karen Beck; brother-in-law, Paul Tichonchik; sisterin- law, Kay Tichonchik; nephew, Tim Tichonchik; and niece, Anne (Luke) Linsmeyer.He was preceded in death by his parents, Rueben and Eunice Beck; his mother and father-in-law, Mike and Billie Tichonchik; and brother-in-law, Jim Tichonchik.A funeral service for Randy will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 17, at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home, 100 Lake Pointe Drive, Oshkosh. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 3 p.m. until the time of service at 7 pm. A private burial is scheduled for the following day at Lake View Memorial Park.

Nicholas Christo­pher Hughes, 16, of Mayville, passed away No­vem­ber 1, 2021, as a re­sult of an auto ac­ci­dent.    Nicholas was born to Michael and Tina Hughes on May 25, 2005.   He at­tended St John’s School and was cur­rently a ju­nior at Mayville High School, where he par­tic­i­pated in sports.   Nicholas loved to make peo­ple laugh and could get you to pick your head up and smile even if you were down. He made you feel like a lit­tle kid again when­ever you were with him. He would do any­thing he could just to make you happy. When­ever you saw him, he would al­ways give you that lit­tle smile.   Nicholas is sur­vived by his par­ents, Michael and Tina; his big brother, John; his grand­par­ents, Jeff and Mary Hughes, San­dra Wylie and Ann Wylie; his aunts and un­cles, Denice and Randy Sem­ling, Mark and Susan Hughes, Wendie and Shane Lev­eille, and Lau­ren Wylie. Also by his cousins, Sean Sem­ling, Luke Lev­eille, Kate Hughes, Caleb Lev­eille, Jenna Lev­eille, Keira Hughes and Oliver Sem­ling.   Nicholas was pre­ceded in death by his grand­fa­thers, John Wylie and Greg Hughes; and his great-grand­par­ents, Arnold and Teresa Hoch, Bruno and Eleanor Choin­ski, John and Ruth Wylie, and Urban and Bev Car­lin.    Vis­i­ta­tion for Nicholas will be held on Tues­day, Nov. 16, from 12 p.m. until 3 p.m. at St. John Ev. Gloria Valle


 Glo­ria Valle, 89, of Brownsville, passed away peace­fully at Theda Clark Med­ical Cen­ter in Neenah on Sat­ur­day, Nov. 6, 2021.   Glo­ria was born Yvonne Glo­ria Kropp in Fond du Lac on July 22, 1932, to Duward and Izetta (Garb) Kropp, and was raised in Wa­ter­town.   She mar­ried the love of her life, Al­bert Valle, on April 23, 1949, and they cel­e­brated their 70th wed­ding an­niver­sary in April 2019. Since her mar­riage she has lived the rest of her life in Nas­bro, where she was now the last sole res­i­dent.   Glo­ria was a home­maker but also, when her chil­dren were young, ran the local gro­cery store for the res­i­dents and work­ers in Nas­bro. After the store closed, she worked sev­eral years at the can­ning fac­tory in Brownsville until she was hired as a cook at Hope Nurs­ing Home in Lomira. She be­came head cook and worked there for al­most 25 years until she re­tired.   Glo­ria was a very hard work­ing, but feisty, fun-lov­ing lady, who was not afraid to try or do any­thing, and was ad­mired by all who knew her. She was an ex­cel­lent cook, and her fam­ily es­pe­cially en­joyed all the Ital­ian dishes her mother-in-law taught her to make. She was very styl­ish and loved to dress up and had her hair and nails done reg­u­larly. She was gifted with the abil­ity to cro­chet, knit and em­broi­der, and made nu­mer­ous afghans, baby afghans, and em­broi­dered tow­els and pil­low-cases which she gifted to her chil­dren and grand­chil­dren through the years. Glo­ria suf­fered with many health is­sues, hav­ing en­dured over 25 dif­fer­ent pro­ce­dures and surg­eries but al­ways kept a pos­i­tive at­ti­tude and never com­plained. She en­joyed going out to eat with the good friends she made from her for­mer TOPS club, and she loved her cats, watch­ing the birds on the win­dow feed­ers, and watch­ing Dr. Pol. She was also an avid Pack­ers and Brew­ers fan and en­joyed watch­ing them play, shout­ing at the TV when they did poorly.   Glo­ria is sur­vived by her five chil­dren, Daniel (Mar­cia) of Brownsville, Mary (Roger) Won­dra of Lomira, James (Joanne) of Moun­tain, Robert (Jo­lene) of Brownsville, and DuWard (Rachelle) of Pick­ford, MI. She is also sur­vived by 14 grand­chil­dren, 35 great-grand­chil­dren, and one great-great-grand­child; fur­ther sur­vived by two sis­ters, Mar­ion King and Betty Keeser, both of Wa­ter­town, and many nieces and nephews.    Pre­ced­ing Glo­ria in death was her hus­band Al­bert in De­cem­ber 2019; her par­ents; her fa­ther and mother-in-law, John and Stella Valle; brother and sis­ter-in-law, Bruno and Shirley Valle; sis­ters, Vir­ginia Pow­ers and Kath­leen Ready; broth­ers, Don­ald Zillmer and Ken­neth Zillmer; broth­ers-in-law, Ed­ward King, Jerry Keeser, Thomas Ready, and James Pow­ers, and other fam­ily mem­bers and friends.   Vis­i­ta­tion for Glo­ria will be held on Thurs­day, Nov. 11, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at St. An­drew’s Catholic Church in LeRoy.   A Mass of Chris­t­ian Bur­ial will fol­low with the Rev. Thomas Bier­sack pre­sid­ing. Franklin “Frank” A. Mueller

Franklin “Frank” A. Mueller


   Franklin “Frank” A. Mueller, 87, of Lomira entered Eternal Life on Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021.    He was born on April 8, 1934, to Jerome and Loretta (nee Schmidt) Mueller in the Town of Addison. Frank attended Nenno Schools.   Early on, Frank realized his life’s passion and started working on the family farm as a young boy. As he grew up, he was drafted and honorably served in the United States Army, from September 1956 until July 1958.   Shortly after his return home, he was united in marriage to his beloved, Joyce Roethle, on May 2, 1959.   Frank and Joyce accomplished his lifelong goal of owning his farm and purchased their farmstead in 1967, located just outside of Lomira. He spent 55 years passionately farming, taking care of the cows, watching the crops grow, and collecting Minneapolis Moline tractors. Throughout those years, he was able to farm with his son and grandsons, who continue to farm it today.   During his retirement, he could still be found working in the shop or driving a tractor around the farm. Nothing sparked a twinkle in his eye more than seeing his great-grandkids on the farm. After church on Sundays, he enjoyed a warm meal at Ponderosa in Hartford. Frank especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.    Those Frank leaves behind to cherish his memory and carry on his farming legacy include his son, Mark (Tina) Mueller; four grandchildren, Scott (Natasha) Mueller, Lee (Emma) Mueller, Brittany (Michael) Merk, and Kelly Mueller; seven great-grandchildren, Vaeda and Jaxon Mueller, Ivy and Oliver Mueller, Dekker and Millie Merk, and Aiden Mueller; a sister, Mary (Vern) Kreuser; three brothers, Jerome (Joanne) Mueller, Walter (Carole) Mueller, and Carroll (Janice) Mueller; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Mueller; and his brother, Harold (Diane) Mueller.    A Funeral Service in remembrance of Frank will be held on Saturday, Nov. 13, at 1 p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 699 Milwaukee St., Lomira.    The family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 12:45 p.m.    The Myrhum-Patten Funeral Homes have been entrusted with Frank’s arrangements. Ronald James “Radar” Majerus


 Ronald James “Radar” Majerus, 74, of Brownsville passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2021, at the Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac.   He was born on May 17, 1947, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac, the son of Arthur and Evelyn (nee Gruenwald) Majerus. Ron was confirmed on April 29, 1962, at St. Luke Lutheran Church, Knowles.   Ron grew up working on the family farm and his love of animals showed. He worked for many years at Majerus Farms and cherished the many friends as family. Along with his duties in the barn, Ron mowed many lawns. He had a love of gardening, flowers, decorating for the seasons and collecting John Deere items. He liked to go to church dinners, Dino’s and the Feedmill for the Specials of the Day. Ron didn’t pass up an invite to go along to the casino. He had a great sense of humor. Ron had a love for his family and was a caring, honest man; he will be greatly missed by all.   Survivors include his brothers, Kenneth (Diane) Majerus of Campbellsport, and Gary (special friend Cheryl Grosnick) Majerus of Fond du Lac; sister, Lois Majerus of West Bend; brother-in-law, Bob Smith of Wausau; nieces and nephews, Betty (John) Meier, Mary Neitzel, Peggy (Jeff) Wendt, Julie (Nathan) Wagenknecht and Mike Majerus; four great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.   Ron was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Loraine Smith, Linda Majerus and Luann Majerus.   Visitation was held Tuesday, Oct. 26, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St. Campbellsport and on Wednesday, Oct. 27, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at St. Luke Lutheran Church, Knowles, (W2169 South Ave, Lomira, WI 53048).   A funeral service for Ron was held Wednesday, Oct. 27, at 1 p.m. at St. Luke Lutheran Church with Rev. Matthew Kuske officiating. Arthur L. Schwarze

Arthur L. Schwarze


 Arthur L. Schwarze, 76, of Lexington, NE, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021, at the Lexington Regional Health Center.   Arthur was born on November 8, 1944, in Beaver Dam, to Herman & Alice (Paronto) Schwarze.   He attended public schools in Kekoskee and Mayville and graduated from Mayville High School with the class of 1963.   Following High School, Arthur enlisted in the United States Navy for four years and also attended college classes. He was a field representative for various Ag Equipment companies.    On August 13, 1966, he was united in marriage to Jean Feucht at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Mayville. They made their home in Mayville and three sons were blessed to this union, Benjamin, Thomas and Paul. They moved to various places in the Midwest where Arthur sold farm equipment. In 2005, they moved to Lexington, Nebraska where he worked for Kuhn/Knight Equipment. After retiring, Arthur had no trouble keeping himself busy.   Arthur had many hobbies during his time living in Lexington. His main interest was working on electronics. He also liked reading, wrenching, and carpentry. If it was broken, he could usually fix it. Arthur was also a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan.   He was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Lexington and was past Grand Knight of The Knights Of Columbus. He was proud to be an American, was a patriot and a God loving man.   He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, Jean of Lexington; his three sons, Benjamin (Avigail) Schwarze of Savoy, IL, Thomas (Amber) Schwarze of Madison, and Paul Schwarze of Lincoln, NE; one brother, David Schwarze of Tomah; a sister-in-law, Rhoda Schwarze of Tucson, AZ; brother-in-law, Alex (Kuan) Feucht of Glendale, CA; and sister-in-law, Geri (Tim) Feucht- Bachhuber of Mayville; of as well as nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.   Arthur was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Ralph and Herman; and one sister, Eunice.   A Memorial Mass was held on Saturday, Oct. 23, at 11 a.m. at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Lexington with Father Jose Chavez officiating. There will be a time of sharing with friends and family from 10 a.m. until service time. The Mass was livestreamed via the Reynolds-Love Funeral Home Facebook page.   A Wake Service was held on Friday, Oct. 22, at 6 p.m. at St. Ann’s Catholic Church with Father Tim Stoner, reciting.   A memorial has been established in Arthur’s honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.   The family has chosen cremation. Ralph A. Giese

Ralph A. Giese


    Ralph “Chazie” A. Giese died on October 8, 2021, at the age of 87.     He was born to Elmer and Adele Giese at home in Theresa on October 26, 1933. He served our country in the Army during the Korean War, 1953-1955.     Ralph married Faye Jacklin on June 18, 1955, and loved her for the next 66 years. Wild Country aftershave, pearl snap down western shirts with sleeves rolled up twice and his dancing boots were always part of him. He liked camping, doing stuff with the snowmobile club, working in his garage and helping out others. He got a chance to go on the Honor Flight with his son-in-law and had a great time. He has lots of pictures.    He also loved his family. Ralph invented different ways to get them to come to help him with something and then making a party of it. He looked forward to seeing his grandchildren and great-grandchildren more than anything.    Ralph drove truck most of his life. He helped his dad haul cattle. For 20 years, he drove truck for Mercury Marine. He decided to go on his own and became an owner-operator. Ralph also drove school bus for Lomira School District for nine years before he fully retired.    Those he left behind are his wife, Faye; his daughter, Christine (Al); his son, Roger (Joan), and his son, Chet. He has six grandchildren: Brandon, Ashley, Michelle, Jason, Michael, and Ryan. Ralph has eight great-grandchildren and one on the way. He has three sisters remaining: Dorothy Krueger, Shirley Gruber, Bonnie Okon; and three sisters-in-law: Marion Giese, Carol Ruplinger, Bonnie Okon; and one brother-in-law, Ronnie Coulter.    Preceding him in death are his parents and family members, Norman and Gertrude Jacklin, Verona (Frank) Hartwig, Oscar (Ruth) Giese, Oliver Krueger, Marvin Giese, Margaret (Marvin) Schultz, Janet Coulter, Norman Gruber, Mary (Leonard) Schultz, Sal Okon, Leroy (Delores) Faber, Ralph (Mary) Jacklin, Norman Jacklin, Jr, Marvin Ruplinger and Harold Jacklin.    Private family services with Military Honors were held at Union Cemetery in Theresa.    The family thanks to the nurses (especially Adam S.) at Beaver Dam Hospital, the support staff, the case workers, Crossroads team, and Heartland for their support with hospice.    Twohig Funeral Home is serving the family with online guestbook and condolences at www.twohigfunerals.com

DuWayne R. Margelofsky

DuWayne R. Margelofsky


 DuWayne R. Margelof­sky, 75, of Juneau passed away peace­fully on Sun­day, Oct. 17, at his home sur­rounded by his lov­ing fam­ily.   Wayne was born in Oconomowoc on March 24, 1946, the son of Robert and Gladys (Cram­let) Margelof­sky. Wayne grew up on a farm near Hus­tis­ford.   Later he oc­ca­sion­ally tended bar at his par­ent’s tav­ern, Mock­ing­bird Hill, where he met the love of his life. On July 24, 1971 he was united in mar­riage to San­dra Folyer of Juneau at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Neosho.   He worked on con­struc­tion mainly in north­ern Wis­con­sin for Michels Pipeline of Brownsville and later for Town & Coun­try Con­struc­tion of Mayville, where he was com­monly known as Margo. Later he worked for the Dodge County High­way De­part­ment where he plowed snow in the win­ter and mowed road­sides in the sum­mer until re­tire­ment in 2007.   In his younger years, he en­joyed deer hunt­ing by Wis­con­sin Rapids with his cousins Paul and Wes­ley Van Marter and great friend John Fog­a­rty. If the walls of that cabin could only tell sto­ries.    Fam­ily was every­thing to Wayne and he loved the time he spent with them. He en­joyed going to the casi­nos, es­pe­cially going to Las Vegas with fam­ily and friends. He also en­joyed the many cruises to the Caribbean, in­clud­ing trips to Alaska and Hawaii.    Wayne would tell you he loved doing his yard­work and took great pride in how it looked. Many com­mented his lawn was like a plush car­pet. In 2007 Wayne and Sandy de­cided to build their re­tire­ment home and move south. That being the south side of High­way 26.Wayne has been a mem­ber of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Juneau for many years.    Wayne is sur­vived by his wife of 50 years, San­dra, of Juneau; his daugh­ters, Shelby (Tim) Loomis and Sheila Margelof­sky of Juneau; his grand­chil­dren, Bran­don Loomis (Sab­rina), Katie Loomis (Dan Moyni­han) and Saman­tha Loomis; and one great-grand­child, Levi Loomis, all of Juneau. He is also sur­vived by his broth­ers, Robert (Nancy) Margelof­sky, David (Sandy) Margelof­sky; broth­ers-in-law, Charles Knuep­pel and John (Melody) Folyer and fa­ther-in-law, Glen (Linda) Folyer; fur­ther sur­vived by nieces, nephews and other rel­a­tives and friends.    He was pre­ceded in death by his par­ents; sis­ter, Mar­lene Knuep­pel; brother, William (Bill) Margelof­sky; sis­ter-in-law JoAnn Margelof­sky; mother-in-law, Eve­lyn Folyer; brother-in-law Dale Folyer, and a grand­son.    Spe­cial thanks to Rain­bow Hos­pice staff Jody G, Jes­sica, Saman­tha and Dr. Mc­Gorey for their help and sup­port the last cou­ple weeks.   Vis­i­ta­tion is Sat­ur­day, Oct. 23, at St. John’s Ev. JoAnn H. Margelofsky

JoAnn H. Margelofsky


   JoAnn H. Margelofsky, 76, of Hustisford, passed away at home on Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021.   JoAnn Helen Schuster was born on June 9, 1945, in Woodland to Waldemar and Norma (Baumann) Schuster. She went to Woodland Grade School and was a 1963 graduate of Hartford Union High School.   After graduation, JoAnn worked at Mercury Marine in Beaver Dam and Fond du Lac in the packing department.   On September 11, 1965, JoAnn married William “Bill” Margelofsky in Woodland, and on June 5, 1967 their son, Troy, was born.   She spent most of her career at Dodge County Dairy Testing as a lab technician and then for Nancy’s Notions before retiring.   Bill and JoAnn built a home on the Rock River at Woods Bridge south of Horicon and lived there for 31 years.    JoAnn enjoyed gardening, especially growing and drying flowers and making arrangements and wreaths with them. She also enjoyed canning all the fruits and vegetables that she grew. Fishing for salmon on Lake Michigan with Bill, on their boat “Willy Won” was one of her favorite activities. JoAnn was a member of St. Stephen Lutheran Church in Horicon.    After retirement, JoAnn and Bill moved to the Northwoods, building a home in the Chequamegon National Forest. JoAnn worked part time for a private family on Trout Lake and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Boulder Junction. In 2017, Bill and JoAnn moved back to Hustisford.    JoAnn is survived by her son, Troy (Sandie) Brick-Margelofsky of Dodgeville; brother, Tom (Colleen) Schuster; sisters, Karen (Ron) Schoephoester and Marlene Schauer; brothers-in-law, Robert (Nancy) Margelofsky, David (Sandy) Margelofsky, DuWayne (Sandy) Margelofsky, Chuck Knueppel; sister-in-law, Beverly Schuster; and further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.    She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, on April 18, 2021; parents; brother, Ron Schuster; sister-in-law, Marlene Knueppel; brother-in-law, Bill Schauer; and other relatives.   A memorial gathering for JoAnn will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 27, at St. Stephen Lutheran Church, 505 North Palmatory St., Horicon, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Daniel Seehafer officiating.
