Winnebago Lutheran Academy Wins 2022-23 W.I.A.A. Award of Excellence WISCONSIN INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) salutes the 29 schools that fulfilled criteria to be named recipients of the Award of Excellence in 2022-23. The award promotes and recognizes the efforts and achievements of schools in the areas of sportsmanship,
