Horicon Plan Commission Comes to General Consensus on Playfield Property The Horicon Plan Commission held a meeting on Monday, July 10, at 6 p.m. in City Hall. Ben Rohr, an associate planner with Vandewalle & Associates, presented the four conceptual plans for the former Horicon School District playfield property east of Finch Street. Option A includes 18 single family homes, 1.8
