Supports Horicon Athletic Complex To the editor: As a lifelong resident of Horicon, and a member of the current Horicon Athletic Complex Fundraising Committee, I am passionate about supporting efforts in bringing this facility to the school campus. The goal of this project is to create an athletic complex which will consist of an eight-lane track surrounding a new turf-surfaced football field.
